Honker AMC - terrain specialist for the hardest conditions

In the offer there are two type series marked as 42 (wheelbase 2827 mm and total weight 3200 kg) and 54 (wheelbase 3200 mm and total weight 3500 kg). In type serie framework 42 there are two models available with solid or canvas roof and a version pick up. Type serie 54 offers version of chassis for superstructure of several variants.

Construction

There have been many factors influencing the characteristics of a real terrain vehicle considered during a new construction of HONKER. It is equipped with everything what a real terrain vehicle really needs. The body is placed on massive steel frame and is equipped with many safety features. The sidewalls have volume boxes. Also the interior has undergone many changes, it is spacious and ergonomically ordered. A new dashboard, air distribution, anatomical seats, sufficient space and good noise absorption - all of this give driver and passengers comfort.

The driving aggregate consists of tested turbo diesel engine ANDORIA 4Cti90 and a gearbox EATON TS5-21. This drive has become number one category in the area of terrain vehicles. Many world producers use it. The engine is equipped with fuel injector Bosch, pressed air intercooler and it is supplied in two modifications at 66 or 75 kW. Independent heating can support the starting of the engine and heating the cabin at extremely low temperatures with the possibility of time setting. Gearbox EATON has 5 transmissions, straight gearing and with the possibility of other mechanical output for hydraulic pump or winch. Additional gearbox secures standard steady drive 4x4 with the possibility to lock interaxle differential. For extra charge you can also buy alternative system of steady drive of rear axle with additional front drive. Both types of additional gearboxes are equipped with two basic gearing - road and terrain.

New elastic suspension of chassis ensures a comfort drive on the road and also in extreme conditions. Both axles are solid, suspended on leaf springs that ensure their long service life. They are equipped with two drive hydraulic shock absorbers and stabilizer. Rear axle can be assembled with the differential shutter. There is also hydraulic booster for easy operating in difficult conditions.
